Whether you’re looking for some space during a difficult time, to enhance your existing spiritual practices, to expose yourself to something different, or to simply move towards feeling ‘better’, I take care to create a comfortable and friendly environment where the experiences and outcomes are unique to the individual and can range considerably.

Energy therapy focuses on the biofield and works to regulate everything from our cellular functions to our nervous system. In each energy therapy session, whilst you lie down in a relaxing space, an effective and intentional use of energy allows and promotes your natural physical, mental, and emotional healing processes to occur.

I am so thankful to everyone for co-creating some space into what it is and is always becoming. It makes me so happy knowing that when someone takes a seat in the comfy chair at some space, that they are prioritising their well-being and themselves. It is a safe, inclusive, transformative, healing and love filled space for many of all ages; babies, children, teens and adults.

Whether you’re just curious or you have a specific intention, it’s each of you who walk through the door that keeps some space electric and I look forward to sharing it with you for the first time or welcoming you back.
